Manchester City Council recently published a draft City Centre Strategy for 2015 - 2018. This is an extremely important document as it outlines the city council's vision for the city centre and the development, direction of travel and priorities of the city. It is used to inform development decisions and delivery of services.
We want the strategy to really reflect the views of residents and we have organised this public meeting and interactive workshop to get your views on what matters most to you and how you think the city council should support the city centre over the next three years.
We'll start with a brief overview of the strategy before splitting up in to working groups to explore different elements of the draft plan and gathering your ideas, amendments and questions.
We're delighted that Manchester Confidential Editor Jonathan Schofield has agreed to facilitate the workshop, ensuring we have a lively, robust and informed debate!
Open to all city centre residents.
